My Story…
Hi, I’m Jayme. I’m a leadership coach specializing in helping intelligent, driven leaders to grow themselves, grow their business, and grow others.
I’ve always had a passion for understanding people. My career started with a college degree in Psychology and Business. My career has been spent mostly in the world of entrepreneurs and small business. I owned an employment agency in my 20’s and early 30’s.
After losing the business in a divorce, I found myself in need of a job. Trawling the job ads I came across a position in a fast-growing coaching company, The E-Myth Academy owned by Michael Gerber, Author of the famous business book, The E-Myth.
For 10 years I worked as a coach delivering their programs and supporting their clients through significant changes and growth.
And I loved every minute of it.
Being a true entrepreneur at heart, I left the E-Myth Academy as an employee after about 5 years but continued to deliver to their clients and my own client base for another 5 years.
My time as a coach had given me an exciting insight into how people truly work and what leaders really need to succeed.
It was time to go out on my own and put my own expertise into action.
Since starting my own leadership and business coaching company in 1996, I’ve worked with all kinds of people, from all types of businesses – from six and seven-figure building and trade contractors (through my Contractor’s Business School) to multi-million dollar corporations with hundreds of employees.
Creating confident leaders who show up for their people and inspire extraordinary teams is what I love to do. And I’d love to work with you…
